One of Yukon’s most unique builds in Park City, this project included creating access to a premier ski-in ski-out lot above Old Town Park City. Built simultaneously in 2012, these 11,00 square-foot rustic mountain homes are nestled into the face of Treasure Hill and separated from the homes below by a Park City Mountain ski run. To provide access and connect these two homes to an existing residential street required some creative thinking, precise engineering, and an extensive permitting process that resulted in the construction of a vehicular tunnel under the existing ski run.

Singular in architecture yet complimentary in classic rustic mountain home design, each of these homes feature six bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, and impeccable woodworking throughout. Heated driveways, courtyards, and decks keep both homes’ exterior areas free of snow and ice, and large picture windows overlooking Old Town provide breathtaking views of historic Main Street and the entire Park City basin.
