The home was purchased as-is from the winner of the sweepstakes and the new owner engaged Yukon Construction to build a large addition to the classic modern farmhouse in 2014.
Set on two acres of open space and filled with Restoration Hardware designs, this Midway Modern Farmhouse is supremely homey and livable while maintaining an upscale country feel. Our extensive custom build/home remodel focused on adding functional living space for large gatherings of friends and family while maintaining the look and feel of the original design. The resulting modern farmhouse kitchen and accompanying bunk room fits so well, it is nearly impossible to tell the addition wasn’t part of the home’s original design.
